The listed price covers the balloon presentation and styling service only. Customers are responsible for supplying the gift to be featured within the arrangement.

Customer-provided gifts must be delivered to us prior to the agreed production date and at the customer's own expense.

Option 2: Personal Shopping Service

We are happy to purchase selected gifts on your behalf based on your requirements and budget. The final price consists:

• The retail cost of the purchased item(s) (base on your choice)
  PLUS
• A personal shopping and sourcing fee (€10.00)
  PLUS
• The Magic Balloon basic presentation service (€29.00)

All purchases will be discussed and approved before any orders are placed.

• Personalised and bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
