At the moment, orders are available via arranged collection from either S-Bahn Charlottenburg or Berlin Hauptbahnhof.

If you require delivery or an alternative collection arrangement, please get in touch before placing your order. We are happy to discuss available options and will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

For best results, please transport your balloon arrangement upright in a clean vehicle with sufficient space. Avoid placing it near sharp objects, box corners, rough surfaces, young children, pets, or areas exposed to direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Once collected, the balloon arrangement becomes the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for damage, deflation, or popping caused by accidental handling, transportation, sharp objects, children, pets, or exposure to high temperatures.

Yes. Collection is by appointment only. We will work with you to arrange a suitable collection time based on availability.
