Once the order has been collected, responsibility for the balloon arrangement transfers to the customer. We recommend handling all balloon gifts with care and transporting them upright whenever possible.

For best results, please transport your balloon arrangement upright in a clean vehicle with sufficient space. Avoid placing it near sharp objects, box corners, rough surfaces, young children, pets, or areas exposed to direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Once collected, the balloon arrangement becomes the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for damage, deflation, or popping caused by accidental handling, transportation, sharp objects, children, pets, or exposure to high temperatures.

We will always aim to recreate the design as closely as possible. However, as each arrangement is handcrafted and made to order, slight variations in colours, decorative elements, flowers, ribbons, or plush toys may occur.

Occasionally, certain decorative elements, plush toys, or accessories may be unavailable. In such cases, suitable alternatives of similar style and value will be used while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the design.

As many of our balloon gifts are personalised and made to order, cancellations and changes may not be possible once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require any amendments.

Due to the custom nature of our products, personalised and bespoke orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless an error has occurred on our part.
